Oops, it’s downtime!
You are given a file sales.csv containing ~1 month of sales data, each row representing a sale of a print product to a customer. There are only 3 columns that you’ll need:

• item_id – unique identifier for a purchased product
• billing_date – purchase time (UTC timezone)
• payment – paid amount (all the same currency ????)

Sadly, we had some app downtime during the first weekend of May. As a result, many customers could not proceed with their purchases, and we lost some cash. The days when the app went down were:
5th of May, 2023 at 07:06:03 UTC and lasted around 10 minutes
7th of May, 2023 at 07:05:33 UTC and lasted up to 30 minutes

Therefore, today’s main task is to estimate our financial loss due to these downtimes. You get to decide which output or visualization styles to use – simply choose what shows the patterns in the data most accurately.
